Construction Underway - Terminal Island Garage and Ferry Terminal for Fisher Island
Construction is underway for the largely anticipated Parking Garage and Commercial Ferry Terminal for Fisher Island. The garage will house the parking for much of the commercial traffic that would normally go onto the island, effectively reducing the vehicular traffic on the island. Likewise the proximity of the commercial ferry terminal will reduce the time for commercial traffic to access the island. The General Contractor for the project is Grycon.
57 Ocean Sales Center - Opening Event
57 Ocean celebrated its grand opening of the Sales Center on Thursday January 24th. It was a very successful event with many attendees. UrvanX served as Architect of Record for the Sales Center, working in conjunction with Arquitectonica Intl. (Design Architect) and Anastassiadis (Interior Designer) for the developer, Multiplan.
